“Coaching with Sabine was like discovering a new part of me that was hiding inside. It was my first time coaching and as Sabine was guiding me through the process, she also showed me another side of me that I hadn't explored before. Sabine helped me to find the tools inside me to get where I wanted. Throughout the entire process, I felt like we were walking together, side by side, towards my goal, like a team working together, discussing together and thinking together in order to find the best way to achieve my goals. Sabine is an amazing professional, very smart, kind and dedicated. I really felt a deep connection with her and I could feel her effort in coming up with new ideas and strategies to support me in my journey. She never told me what to do or how to do it, instead she just asked me the questions that made me think of things from a different perspective. She guided me through my own thoughts and the knowledge that I already had but didn't realize it was already there. As Socrates says in Plato’s dialogue the "Meno," “[S]eeking and learning are in fact nothing but recollection”. In the dialogue, Socrates never actually tells Meno anything directly but only questions him, as ”there is no such thing as teaching, only recollection” (Meno, 82a). That is how I felt with Sabine, she guided me through my own critical thinking, allowing me to arrive at the answer by myself. If I could summarize what I learned about coaching in my experience with Sabine is that a coach is like a catalyzer, someone who helps you to achieve your goal faster, or in a more efficient way. I really enjoyed the experience and would recommend her with no doubt.”
